Product Introduction

Proportional servo valve, also known as electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve, originates from the combination of proportional technology and servo technology. One is to use a proportional electromagnet as an electric mechanical converter to improve the power slide valve of the traditional electro-hydraulic proportional valve into the valve core and valve sleeve structure of the servo valve; One method is to remove the valve sleeve structure of the spool valve of the servo valve and replace mechanical feedback with electrical feedback.

Lower requirements for oil: suitable for ordinary oil, equivalent to NAS11 grade operation.

Better fouling performance: Due to the special valve core structure, its valve port is zero opening, which means its dead zone is zero, making it less prone to blockage.

More sensitive response: The electrical signal is converted into oil pressure, and the amplified deviation detection signal is compared with the set target value. The difference is converted into power to displace the controller spool through the activity sensor inside the servo valve.
